About Me
Pradheep is the head of operations at Razorhorse. He headed customer support operations at Aurea software and worked with Deloitte consulting as a CRM consultant. He brings to us his extensive knowledge in technology stack selection, vendor management, process design and improvement, business analysis and strategy. He is an expert in post-acquisition support integration.
Outside of work, he loves to watch movies and read books on public policy, biographies, management, and Tamil literature. He primarily advises on Education & Careers
